Role Summary


The incumbent will be hired as part of the HR Services team based in KSA and will be responsible for the delivery of the following:


Key Responsibilities


  • Support the delivery of the day-to-day operational HR pieces using consistent ways of working through clearly articulated policies, processes and accurate data
  • Act as a key liaison between the 3rd party vendors and JLL for all staff iqama transfers, renewals and cancellations.
  • Manage the iqama tracker to ensure all the Iqamas are active and ensure renewals are done on time for all staff and eligible dependents.
  • Manage exit entry requests for all staff and eligible dependents.
  • Manage all letter requests (Employment, COC’s, NOC’s, experience certificates, etc.)
  • Manage medical insurance (additions, deletions, cards, policies, invoices) for staff and dependents as applicable.
  • Support the management of Qiwa contracts and GOSI for 3rd party staff.
  • Support payroll for the KSA team including processing rent advances, conclusion letters final settlements and invoice processing.
  • Take part in the yearly audit process.
  • Support the regional HR Operations team as required.
  • Ensure Stakeholders expectations are managed to the expected quality.
  • Maintain excellent filing procedures, with a key focus on data accuracy and adherence to policies.
