Headquartered in Saudi Arabia with offices worldwide, we combine market discipline with a forward-looking view, supported by nine decades of experience as responsible stewards of the Kingdom’s hydrocarbon resources. This responsibility drives us to deliver societal and economic benefits to the Kingdom and to communities, economies, and countries relying on our vital energy supply.

We are among the most profitable companies globally, ranking in the top five by market capitalization.

The role involves screening and originating potential investment opportunities in refining, petrochemicals, trading, retail, logistics, storage, and lubricants segments.

  • Prepare and present briefs to the Management Committee.
  • Provide administrative guidance to Business Development Specialists and Analysts.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and recommend promotions, ensuring proper documentation of all development work.
  • Coordinate with internal experts (Law, Finance, Planning) to ensure deal progress and promote new business opportunities with external investors.
  • Review investor proposals, approve contract payments and variations within authority limits.
  • Act as the primary contact for contractors, consultants, and vendors.
  • Work with investors to establish strategic, financial, and operational milestones for new ventures.
  • Lead portfolio management, develop commercial agreements, and oversee legal document reviews, including head of terms, MoU, cost-sharing, and shareholder agreements, managing negotiation strategies.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or Engineering; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in M&A, business development, transaction execution, and project finance.
  • Experience in transaction execution and negotiations.
