Job description

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer accounts to identify outstanding debts and follow up on overdue payments.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes.
• Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a smooth order-to-cash process.
• Process incoming payments via various channels (bank transfers, cheques, etc.).
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all AR transactions.
• Prepare AR aging reports and assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian VAT regulations and company policies.
• Support external and internal audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Assist in credit limit controlling and cash inflow activities related to receivables.
