Purpose:

As a Compensation and Benefits Deputy Manager, you are responsible for managing and administering the company's compensation and benefits programs. This role ensures that these programs align with the company's objectives, comply with legal requirements, and are competitive within the industry. You will analyze compensation data, develop policies, and design benefits packages that attract and retain top talent.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compensation plans, including salary structures, incentive programs, and bonuses.
  • Conduct market research to ensure compensation packages are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  • Perform job evaluations and classification assessments.
  • Provide recommendations on pay levels and structures to management.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in Total Rewards initiatives.
  • Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends and make recommendations.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing compensation and benefits programs.
  • Design and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance and wellness programs.
  • Ensure compliance of compensation and benefits programs to Saudi labor laws, policies and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
  • Coordinate with benefits providers and manage vendor relationships.
  • Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends and make recommendations.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing compensation and benefits programs.
  • Develop and update compensation and benefits policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 8 to 10 years of relevant experience with proven track records and hands-on experience in designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and familiarity with Saudi Labor Law and Minsterial’s guidelines (e.g. Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • High attention to detail and numerical accuracy with strong Excel skills.
  • Organized and meticulous in handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and senior management.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic
