As the Interface Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective communication and coordination among various stakeholders involved in our EPC projects. You will be responsible for managing interfaces between different disciplines, teams, contractors, and clients to facilitate seamless project delivery. Candidates must have experience in international companies and mega projects.
Duties and Responsibilities :
The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Regularly update the technical department on future project requirements.
- Manage interactions across multiple work streams for major EPC projects, providing relevant expertise and coordination for the Project Director.
- Represent the project to contractors, consulting companies, and service providers as needed for interface requirements.
- Identify and define interfaces at the earliest opportunity.
- Develop an interdependency schedule for interfaces.
- Create an interface coordinator list from engineering, procurement, construction, transport, hook-up, and other relevant organizations.
- Standardize and coordinate procedures between contractors.
- Initiate regular technical interface coordination meetings with appropriate participants, develop action lists with ownership and due dates to support the project schedule.
- Define clear roles and responsibilities for each contractor to minimize conflicts.
- Promote clear communication between contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Establish phone conference calls, scheduled regularly or as needed, to monitor progress and coordinate interfaces effectively.
- Document interface requests and exchanges of design documents among contractors and subcontractors as per the interface management plan.
- Maintain interface documentation according to the plan.
- Possess in-depth understanding of both technical and commercial aspects of all project interfaces.
- Have at least 10 years of experience in international companies and mega projects.

Qualifications & Years of Experience :
A relevant bachelor's degree in engineering, such as chemical or process engineering, and a minimum of 15 years as an interface manager in EPC projects.
- Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, process engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to establish an interface management plan based on contractual requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project interface management software and tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
