Ensure the consistency of documents, train employees on document usage, and organize documents across the organization.

Key Accountability Areas

Documentation Duties:

  • Print and distribute documents as needed.
  • Handle records across various departments.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive documents.
  • Create templates for use by other personnel.
