Major Objectives of the Job:
- Develop and manage relationships with all stakeholders and clients.
- Manage customer relationships effectively.
- Conduct a ‘ninety days focus plan’ and report the outcomes to the Quality Section at Area Management.
- Minimize outstanding and average collection periods.
- Develop short- and long-term strategies for account maintenance.
- Ensure the smooth operation of implants and overall operations; undertake contingency planning if required.
- Deploy, manage, and utilize all resources, including associates assigned to the account.
- Recommend training programs for Kanoo Travel associates assigned to the account.
- Maximize employee satisfaction among the assigned associates to enhance productivity, performance, motivation, and morale.
- Assist assigned associates in negotiations with airlines and other suppliers.
- Coordinate and manage the ISO Quality program across implant locations.
- Generate management information reports and submit them periodically to Travel Area Management.
- Attend meetings as scheduled by Senior Management.
Skills
- Graduate in Tourism or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in profit center management related to logistics or distribution.
- Skills in sales, customer care, time management, crisis resolution, and administration.
- Only Saudi nationals with relevant experience should apply.
