We’re looking for an exceptional Warehouse Manager to lead our teams and oversee all warehouse management processes, working towards achieving this level of efficiency, safety, and compliance. Our scope of work encompasses detailed consultation, custom kitchen design, and full engineering services. We specialize in the supply and installation of complete commercial kitchen equipment packages, including coldrooms, water filtration systems, and custom stainless steel fabrications. Our technical team handles all aspects of installation, testing, and commissioning of commercial kitchen equipment to ensure optimal performance. With end-to-end project management capabilities, we deliver turnkey commercial kitchen solutions that meet the exacting standards of high-end hospitality establishments, handling everything from initial planning through final implementation.

Position Summary

As a Warehouse Manager, you will oversee and manage the operations of our three strategically located warehouses in Dammam, Riyadh, and Jeddah. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the efficient, safe, and compliant execution of all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and distribution. You will lead a team to optimize processes, maintain high standards of safety and compliance, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing products.
  • Ensure efficient handling of inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Manage and optimize space utilization and layout of the warehouse.
  • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and safety standards are met.
  • Ensuring accurate stock records and minimizing discrepancies. Ensure correct material consumption & transactions physically & systematically into the system
  • Participate &/or lead Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) as best suits the Supply chain.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and annual physical inventories.
  • Coordinate with the purchasing department to replenish stock as needed.
  • Led, train, and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring high levels of productivity and morale.
  • Schedule and assign tasks to warehouse staff, optimizing workflow and ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and address any issues or conflicts promptly.
  • Implement and enforce health and safety procedures, conducting regular safety training and audits.
  • Identify opportunities for improving warehouse operations, processes, and systems.
  • Work closely with other departments (e.g., purchasing, sales, logistics) to streamline operations.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance, including inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and safety metrics.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, supply chain or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word)
  • Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
