We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager – AI & Digital Transformation Solutions to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling advanced AI-driven technologies and digital transformation solutions, with a deep understanding of market trends, client needs, and emerging technologies. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven experience in solution-based sales and a passion for driving innovation across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for generating the required revenues and margins in line with budget targets.
- Focus on supporting commercial topics, including tiered pricing models and terms & conditions, in alignment with business lines.
- Manage multiple customers, segments, and product lines, including leads, renewals, and subscription sales opportunities, ensuring the lifecycle of renewals and following sales best practices.
- Maximize customer platform usage, recognize upsell potentials, communicate them effectively, and execute upsell strategies. Oversee all customer sales to meet client needs promptly and professionally.
- Review sales figures, identify improvement areas, and develop strategies to enhance sales performance and meet targets.
- Maintain the accuracy of pipeline entries, manage the sales database, review sales numbers, and monitor opportunities in the pipeline to support budget targets.
- Create sales reports for assigned accounts for presentation to the Director of Sales & Marketing, covering performance metrics, prospects, and closures.
- Participate in and lead training programs for business teams and customers.
- Prospect new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques, with a planned number of calls per month.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead qualification, demonstrations, and proposals to customers as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Gather market and industry data, including tenders, incumbents, technology trends, and price sensitivities, to identify potential leads.
- Coordinate RFX responses and tender management, including bid submissions.
- Support the Business Development Director in contract negotiations to ensure appropriate and risk-mitigated agreements.
- Protect and track recurring revenues from sales, license expansions, and hosted contracts.
- Build and expand partner networks across the territory.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or an MBA with a focus on AI is a plus.
- Strong understanding and experience with AI-driven applications, blockchain solutions, fintech solutions, automation, and digital transformation.
- Proactive, result-oriented, self-starter with the ability to meet targets monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Experience in telecom solution sales and developing new business lines with existing and new accounts.
- Expertise in AI-driven application sales, especially fintech, including managing client expectations and selling Microsoft D365.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic language skills are a plus.
