The IT Services Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring seamless IT service delivery by managing service requests, improving workflows, and overseeing change management processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Accountabilities

  • Ensure service requests are acknowledged and resolved within specified timeframes, leveraging technical expertise to align with business objectives.
  • Develop and optimize workflows to enhance the efficiency of incident and problem resolution.
  • Drive continuous improvement in IT service delivery by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and foster collaboration.
  • Monitor and report on operational performance, ensuring adherence to SLAs and service commitments.
  • Oversee change management processes to ensure smooth implementation of service modifications with minimal disruption. Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide necessary training and resources.
