We are hiring for the following position with local transfer (Iqama Transfer):

Qualifications:
  1. Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Mechanical).
  2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in Cost Engineering, Cost Control, or Project Financial Management.
  3. Preferably experienced in the construction, oil & gas, engineering, or manufacturing sectors.
  4. Proficient in cost management software (e.g., SAP, Primavera P6).
  5. Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and advanced Excel data analysis.
Job Description:
  1. Prepare cost estimates and develop project budgets.
  2. Track actual vs. budgeted costs; analyze variances and risks.
  3. Generate cost reports and support cash flow forecasting.
  4. Review change orders, claims, and ensure expenditure compliance.
  5. Coordinate with teams on cost strategies and negotiate cost efficiencies.
  6. Implement cost control processes and ensure compliance with financial policies.
  7. Prepare payment applications.
  8. Review subcontractors and supplier invoices.
  9. Possess experience and knowledge in Contracts Administration and Management.
