- Utilizes data and analysis to propose policies and activities that enhance organizational culture, such as improving recruitment and retention of qualified candidates, resolving staffing issues, increasing employee motivation, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Ensures successful rollout of HR programs and initiatives by overseeing implementation processes and facilitating necessary adjustments or modifications.
- Gathers HR data from sources such as HRIS, payroll, surveys, and government labor statistics, and compiles them into comprehensive reports.
