Job Description
  1. Maintain complete knowledge of hotel features and services, including hours of operation, function spaces, entertainment options, menus, floral decoration options, and scheduled daily group activities.
  2. Prepare promotional press releases about hotel personalities, noteworthy events, and other relevant news.
  3. Coordinate the production of posters, newsletters, flyers, and other printed materials for associates and the public.
  4. Direct photographers for VIPs, shows, events, etc.
  5. Monitor and update hotel website content and postings on digital platforms.
  6. Handle administrative requirements of the Marketing & Communications department.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest lists and invitations for VIP events.
  8. Manage client/media complaints, requests, and inquiries.
  9. Assist with hosting media, press conferences, and activities.
  10. Maintain and update media lists and press releases for special events and promotions.
  11. Maintain a digital photographs/slides library.
  12. Analyze and evaluate the performance of marketing and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
