Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled System Engineer to join our client’s team in Al Khobar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and reliable operation of computer systems, servers, and virtualization environments. This role requires strong expertise in systems administration, IT infrastructure, and troubleshooting within a corporate setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, servers, and virtualization platforms
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability
• Implement and maintain backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures
• Manage system security policies, updates, and compliance protocols
• Support hardware and software upgrades across the organization
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to improve system efficiency and reliability
• Maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Saudi nationality is mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in systems engineering or IT infrastructure roles
• Solid understanding of:
• Windows and/or Linux server environments
• Virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
• System monitoring and automation tools
• Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
• VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
• CompTIA Server+ or equivalent
