We are looking for a bilingual Arabic/English Employment Law Associate to join a global law firm in Riyadh. Our team is expanding, presenting a great opportunity for you to grow with them. Based in either Al Khobar or Riyadh, you will collaborate with Partners across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities include:
  1. Ensuring compliance with local laws and managing employment issues
  2. Handling global restructuring projects and corporate transactions
  3. Providing guidance on termination, post-termination matters, and data protection
  4. Offering support on contentious matters and representing clients in court
  5. Conducting training on various employment law topics
  6. Advising on nationalization, pensions, and incentives
  7. Collaborating with government bodies for statutory requirements and innovative solutions

Ideal candidates will be experienced in Saudi labor laws, with a strong track record in managing work streams and developing networks.
