ATRIUM PROJECTS CO. LLC specializes in providing high-quality Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) to hotels, residential projects, and office furniture in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We aim to be the leading supplier of FF&E in the region, offering a wide range of products and exceptional services tailored to the unique needs of the rapidly growing hospitality industry in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a B2B Sales Representative based in Riyadh. The B2B Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential business clients, managing client relationships, presenting product offerings, and negotiating sales contracts. The role will also involve conducting market research, developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within the corporate, hospitality, healthcare, and real estate sectors.
  2. Conduct physical client visits, cold calls, networking, and attend business events to generate qualified leads.
  3. Deliver tailored presentations and proposals that clearly articulate Atrium Projects' service offerings and competitive advantages.
  4. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, client meetings, needs analysis, proposal submission, negotiations, to contract closure. Build and maintain a strong, active pipeline of potential clients and opportunities, ensuring CRM system is accurately updated.
  5. Collaborate with the Design, Procurement, and Project Management teams to align proposals and project execution with client expectations.
  6. Attend scheduled and urgent meetings promptly at the client's site or Atrium's offices when required. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to proactively adjust sales strategies.
  7. Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the Commercial team for strategic planning.
  8. Act as a brand ambassador for Atrium Projects in all external engagements, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • 35 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within fit-out, FF&E, furniture, or construction sectors.
  • Solid track record of achieving or exceeding assigned sales targets.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written); Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM system experience is preferred.
  • Strong network of corporate and/or hospitality sector contacts is an asset.
  • Residing in Riyadh or willing to relocate immediately.
