Job Purpose:
The Senior Specialist - Project Management, Logistics & Supply Chain is responsible for managing the planning, execution, and delivery of logistics and supply chain operations related to major projects. This role will ensure efficient, cost-effective, and on-time delivery of goods and services, aligning with project goals and timelines. The position requires a strong focus on stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and performance optimization within logistics and supply chain activities.
Job Responsibilities (Organizational):
- Lead logistics and supply chain management across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with project milestones and objectives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive logistics plans that address the procurement, storage, transportation, and distribution of materials and resources.
- Collaborate with project managers, vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of materials and services.
- Oversee the inventory management process to minimize shortages or excess stock, optimizing costs and ensuring project schedules are maintained.
- Provide project management expertise in supply chain disruptions, ensuring issues are identified and resolved quickly.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets related to logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring costs are tracked and adhered to.
- Monitor vendor and supplier performance, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and project requirements.
- Implement and enforce supply chain standards and procedures to maintain efficiency, quality, and compliance.
- Coordinate the logistics of specialized equipment and materials for construction, ensuring all resources are available as needed.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide solutions to mitigate supply chain disruptions and delays.

Job Requirements (Qualification & Experience):
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, logistics, and supply chain management, preferably within large-scale construction projects or the real estate sector.
- Strong experience in managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.
- Familiarity with project management tools and supply chain management software.
