Responsibilities

• EDMS Administrator Certified with advanced understanding of an EDMS platform, its features, and functionality.
• Expertise in project setup, workflows, user management, and system configuration.
• Experience working within the Document Control Team of major infrastructure projects.
• Hands-on experience as an EDMS user or previous experience as an EDMS Configuration Specialist.
• Strong understanding of the construction industry and familiarity with design and construction phases.
• Skilled problem-solver able to analyze issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with project stakeholders.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and manage deadlines.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with EDMS platform enhancements.
• University education in a related discipline and relevant experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in EDMS Configuration Specialist/Administrator roles.
• Aconex experience is a must.
• Set the project invitation method, defining and implementing the process.
• Align Platform Configuration with Project Quality Management Plan.
• Configuration of Project Metadata in line with industry best practices.
• Set up autonumbering schemes for Project Document Numbers.
• Implement processes for maintaining current project user accounts.
• Configure Workflow Templates for project participants.
• Define platform user support processes and resource recommendations.
• Provide training and maintain Project User Manual.
• Configure available EDMS Modules to meet project requirements.
• Align the Platform with the Project Work Inspection Procedure.
• Maintain relationships with Oracle and industry specialists for platform improvements.
