Position Summary

The Procurement Executive will play a crucial role in sourcing and procuring goods and services for the company's event management and event services operations. This position requires strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of procurement processes. The Procurement Executive will be responsible for identifying suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supplier Identification and Selection: Research and identify potential suppliers based on quality, price, and reliability.
  2. Request for Proposals (RFPs): Develop and issue RFPs to solicit bids from qualified suppliers.
  3. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers, including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
  4. Purchase Order Processing: Prepare and process purchase orders to initiate the procurement process.
  5. Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and collaboration.
  6. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as needed.
  7. Cost Control: Implement strategies to reduce procurement costs and optimize spending.
  8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
Requirements
