Job Title: Procurement Civil Engineer

Location: Saudi Arabia

Experience Required: 4–5 years

Salary: ₹1,20,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage procurement activities for civil works, including materials, equipment, and subcontracted services.


  • Liaise with project and design teams to ensure accurate procurement specifications.


  • Prepare and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs), purchase orders, and contract documents.


  • Perform technical and commercial evaluations of supplier proposals.


  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.


  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and project requirements.


  • Maintain vendor databases and develop strong supplier relationships.


  • Track and expedite orders to ensure timely delivery and minimize project delays.


  • Resolve procurement-related issues and disputes efficiently.


  • Keep detailed records and reports for management and audits.


  • Stay informed about market trends, material innovations, and vendor performance.


Essential Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.


  • 4 to 5 years of proven experience in procurement within civil construction or infrastructure projects.


  • Sound knowledge of construction materials, supplier markets, and procurement best practices.


  • Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software.


  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.


  • Ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
