Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Business Partner based in Dubai to spearhead the launch and growth of our new IT venture in the UAE. This is a unique opportunity to co-own and lead the Dubai operations of a high-potential IT business, focusing on large-scale digital transformation, managed IT services, staff augmentation, cloud solutions, and advanced tech consulting. The ideal candidate is a Dubai resident with a strong passion for technology and entrepreneurship, ready to invest, manage, and drive the business to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Invest capital and actively participate as an equity partner in the Dubai entity.
- Lead and manage all aspects of the IT business in Dubai, from setup and operations to business development and client delivery.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to acquire major clients and drive revenue growth in the UAE region.
- Build and nurture relationships with local enterprises, government bodies, and technology partners.
- Oversee recruitment, team building, and day-to-day management of Dubai operations.
- Ensure compliance with UAE business regulations, licensing, and statutory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the founding team to align on vision, strategy, and operational excellence.
- Contribute innovative ideas, market insights, and hands-on leadership to achieve business milestones.
- Share in the profits generated from the Dubai business, with transparent and fair profit-sharing arrangements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Resident of Dubai, with a strong local network and understanding of the UAE business landscape.
- Proven entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of business ownership, management, or senior leadership in the IT or technology sector.
- Willingness and ability to invest capital in the business and commit full-time to its growth and success.
- Excellent business development, client acquisition, and relationship management skills.
- Deep passion for technology, digital transformation, and innovation.
- Optimistic, resilient, and driven “hustler” mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building abilities.
- Knowledge of Dubai’s legal, regulatory, and commercial frameworks for IT businesses is highly desirable.
