MISSIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Promote and sell a dedicated portfolio of products and solutions.
  • Manage the sales process from pre-sales activities with KAMs/CDs and Business Development teams to closing deals.
  • Summarize and monitor sales forecasts.
  • Coordinate with partners and manage change requests within the sales process.
  • Lead sales teams and facilitate interaction with countries through pipeline reviews, meetings, and forums.
  • Support the development of sales strategies in collaboration with KAMs or CDs.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing issues and complaints proactively.
  • Gather and share information on risks, opportunities, marketing, and customer environment.
  • Manage team performance and anticipate sales forecasts.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales aligned with expectations.
  • Achieve revenue and growth targets.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Over 10 years in strategic account management and IT security business development, with at least 3 years in cybersecurity sales.

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or related fields.
