Human Resources Officer

- Oversee HR operations, including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws, manage governmental portals such as Qiwa, Mudd, Muqeem, GOSI.

- Lead talent acquisition and head-hunting efforts, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and participating with hiring decisions.

- Manage government relations by ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining positive relationships with relevant authorities.

- Develop and implement strategies for employee loyalty and retention, including engagement initiatives and recognition programs.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

- Proven experience in HR field.
