As part of the growth strategy in the Middle East, Parkhouse Bell is recruiting several senior management and leadership positions for new colleges in Saudi Arabia.
Parkhouse Bell is currently interviewing candidates for an exceptional new role of HR Business Partner to develop and implement a robust HR service within a number of colleges throughout Saudi Arabia.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will have responsibility for the roll out of HR processes in the colleges. This includes implementing new processes that support commercial and personnel objectives; contributing to preparation of contract delivery; and full involvement in multisite recruitment and retention programmes.
The successful candidate must be degree qualified with at least 5 years HR experience in the United Kingdom.
You will be a self-starter, motivated, and passionate about business and adding value through Human Resources. Ideally, you will have worked across multi-site operations in the private sector.
You must be willing to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
