Architect

We are looking for a creative detail-oriented Architect to be a part of our fast-growing team at Mad Arch. Responsible for the evaluation and design of high-end creative residential buildings and commercial projects. The Architectural Engineer is responsible for working with internal departments and external parties on building and design projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural concepts from scratch, including 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering of visuals.
• Create detailed plans, drawings, and blueprints that outline the project's architectural design.
• Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality, compliance with safety standards, and alignment with design specifications.
• Collaborate with other team members to establish project goals, schedules, and budgets.
• Modify designs and plans to meet client needs.
• Oversee the design of both exterior and interior spaces.

Skills

Essential Qualities:

• Minimum years of experience: 2 years.
• Experience in Architectural conceptualizing and the use of AutoCAD and 3D Max and Lumion, Revit, Photoshop, & other effects software.
• Proven post-qualification experience in producing high-quality architectural designs for residential and commercial projects.
• Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Licensed in the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Language: Arabic and English.
