???? We're Hiring: Senior Planning Engineer

A well-established engineering consultancy in Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly skilled Senior Planning Engineer to join its growing project control team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in scheduling, project performance analysis, EOT claims, and advanced reporting across infrastructure and mega construction projects.

? Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• 812 years of hands-on experience in project planning and scheduling
• PMP Certification from PMI is a must
• Additional certifications such as PMI-SP or PMO-CP are a strong advantage
• Expert user of Primavera P6, MS Project, Power BI, and Excel
• Solid understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM), Critical Path Method (CPM), and Delay Analysis
• Strong experience in preparing EOT Claims, Variance Orders (VO), and project dashboards
• Excellent reporting and communication skills in English and Arabic
• Must have a valid transferable iqama (no new visas available)

???? Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage baseline schedules, recovery plans, and revised programs
• Monitor and update schedules with accurate progress and resource data
• Prepare and analyze EOT claims backed by proper documentation and delay analysis
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Interface with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment with project timelines
• Develop dashboards and progress reports using Power BI and other tools
• Attend site visits and coordinate with stakeholders to validate progress and performance
• Evaluate cost and time impacts of scope changes and variation orders
