Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking a well-rounded HR generalist to assist in our HR operations as we rapidly grow in the EMEA region. The successful candidate will play a key role in the success of the organization by offering guidance on visa processing, employee benefits, employee relations, performance management, talent management, and other key HR functions.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Partner with HR Manager and recruitment team to develop, implement and administer employee policies.
  2. Be responsible for processing work visas and relocation for new hires.
  3. Assist with onboarding of new employees.
  4. Provide high-quality advice and service to management on employee relations and performance management issues.
  5. Identify ways to improve policies and procedures in areas including benefits, employee relations, onboarding, talent management and retention, performance management, and learning & development.
  6. Assist HR Manager with health insurance renewal and other insurance renewals.
  7. Coordinate and maintain systems to track employees’ time off and ensure compliance with company policies.
  8. Understand national and provincial HR requirements to ensure compliance.
  9. Perform background checks and education verification.

Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of general HR experience.
  • Experience managing work authorization and visa processes.
  • Familiarity with national and provincial employment laws and regulations.
  • Expertise in HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and handle sensitive information.
  • Experience working in a highly technical organization is preferred.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage assigned projects.
  • Passion for learning and growth within the company.
  • Sound judgment in advising and managing HR situations with employees and management.

This role is based in Saudi Arabia, and the ideal candidate should be willing to relocate to Dammam.
