Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Boutique Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for jewellery, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in retail sales. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales performance, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
  2. Prepare staff rosters and manage time effectively to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours.
  3. Develop commission structures to encourage and reward the right behaviour and successful target achievement.
  4. Train sales associates on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.
  5. Monitor sales targets and develop strategies to achieve and exceed them.
  6. Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and motivation.
  7. Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer loyalty and repeat business.
  8. Assist customers with their purchases and aftersales service, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.
  9. Manage inventory levels and assist in visual merchandising to promote products effectively.
  10. Analyse sales reports and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  11. Develop store policies and procedures and ensure compliance, maintaining a safe and organized environment.
Skills and Qualifications:
