This role plays a pivotal part in shaping the future leaders of our organization and enhancing our employees' professional journeys. It requires having a strategic mindset, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in designing and implementing programs that nurture employee career growth and leadership development.

• Bachelors or Masters degree • 4 – 8 years of relevant experience • Strong understanding of leadership principles, career pathing, and talent development strategies. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels. • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to assess program impact and identify areas for enhancement. • Experience with leadership assessment tools, coaching methodologies, and talent management systems. • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to design innovative career and leadership programs. • Strong project management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
