Job Overview:

We are seeking for a Functional Odoo Consultant who will be responsible for assisting businesses in implementing the Odoo ERP system to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and improve efficiency. The chosen candidate will play a vital role in understanding clients needs, configuring the Odoo system to meet those requirements, and providing ongoing support and maintenance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other departments to understand client's business processes, requirements, and objectives
  • Conduct needs analysis and gap assessments to identify how Odoo can address specific business challenges
  • Configure and customize the Odoo ERP system to align with clients business processes and requirements
  • Develop and implement modules, workflows, and custom applications as needed
  • Assist in data migration from existing systems to Odoo
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the migration process
  • Create training materials and documentation
  • Integrate Odoo with third-party applications, APIs, and databases to streamline data flow and improve business operations
  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to identify and rectify system issues or errors
  • Ensure the system performs as expected and meets client requirements
  • Address system-related issues, implement updates, and assist with system enhancements
  • Maintain detailed records of configurations, customizations, and client-specific requirements
  • Create user manuals and system documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience in implementing and configuring the Odoo ERP system
  • Strong knowledge of Odoo's functional modules (e.g., CRM, Accounting, Inventory, HR, Manufacturing)
  • Proficiency in Python programming is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
