Job Purpose:

To manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering tailored solutions, overseeing project execution, and serving as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality services and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
  • Oversee the execution of client projects and services, ensuring timely delivery and agreed-upon quality standards.
  • Provide consultation and propose solutions or services that support client goals.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, design, operations) to ensure accurate implementation of client requirements.
  • Prepare and present proposals and quotations, and follow up with clients.
  • Handle client inquiries and complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor the financial performance of accounts and follow up on payment collection.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status, opportunities, and challenges.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in account management or client servicing, preferably within [industry, e.g., digital marketing, software, or professional services].
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Excellent relationship management and trust-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and CRM systems.
