Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute one of Golf Saudi's Branches financial strategies to support long-term brand goals.
• Partner with the CEO and leadership team to evaluate and drive business decisions.
• Build financial models and forecasts to guide product investment and go-to-market strategy.
• Oversee budgeting, cash flow, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Implement and manage effective internal controls, accounting policies, and systems.
• Ensure accurate, timely monthly and year-end financial reporting.
• Assess and drive investment opportunities for brand growth (e.g. production, retail expansion, e-commerce).
• Lead efforts in capital raising if needed, including managing investor relations.
• Analyze ROI on marketing campaigns, product development, and brand initiatives.
• Monitor and optimize costs across supply chain, production, marketing, and operations.
• Work closely with sourcing, logistics, and brand teams to ensure financial viability of each product line.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all financial dealings.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks to the business.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in investment analysis and/or capital raising.
• Background in retail, fashion, or startup environments preferred.
