Job Description
  • Guarantee compliance with quality standards and procedures.
  • Participate in decision-making for corrective and preventive actions within the Sanitization Department related to SSOP, equipment swabbing, inventory deviations, KPI divergence, etc.
  • Plan, monitor, and evaluate job results; coach and discipline employees.
  • Manage KPIs related to sanitization and review results in the monthly Target Check Meeting.
  • Create Divergence Reports with clear action plans and timelines to meet KPIs.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating personnel on control points, equipment, and resources.
  • Ensure health and safety guidelines are implemented and followed within sanitization.
  • Manage personnel, sanitization processes, cleaning chemicals, utensils, and optimize the use of cleaning equipment and manpower.
  • Develop, update, and implement procedures and documentation for all Quality & Management Systems.
  • Update operational procedures and work instructions according to process changes and train operators accordingly.
  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and conduct skill gap analyses based on work instructions to develop operators.
Academic Background
  • Technical Diploma or Degree in Food Manufacturing, Chemicals, Business, or related fields.
