Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Project Management: Demonstrated expertise in prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Team Management: Experience in leading and managing projects with distributed teams, fostering collaboration and communication across various locations.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building capabilities, facilitating effective teamwork and collaboration.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are preferred.
