Position Summary:

Responsible for managing communication between a company's corporate management and its investors. The Investor Relations Manager supports the release of information, handles inquiries and meetings, provides feedback to management, and manages crises. Ensures compliance with reporting laws and focuses on the company's financial community rather than its business customers or the general public.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and management, especially during crises, to preserve investor relationships and mitigate share price impacts.
• Analyze data related to the company's financials and industry trends, interpreting information that could affect shareholders.
• Create presentations, data visualizations, and financial models to assess and communicate the company's share price and financial health.
• Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and share price movements to inform strategic decisions.
• Gather, consolidate, and prepare financial and strategic information for various audiences, including investors, analysts, and management.
• Engage with equity research analysts and develop the company's communication style for internal and external audiences.
• Coordinate investor events, including logistics and scheduling.
