We’re searching for an Application Specialist to join our Professional Services team, to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of software solutions for our clients. The Application Specialist will support client projects by gathering requirements, configuring and testing systems, and facilitating smooth client onboarding to enhance our impact on healthcare safety and operations.

How You’ll Spend Your Time
  1. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements to guide solution configuration.
  2. Configure RLDatix systems or software to align with project and client specifications.
  3. Participate in system testing and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet client needs.
  4. Prepare project documentation including training materials, user guides, and requirements summaries to support client education and internal alignment.
  5. Deliver training sessions and assist in client onboarding to ensure effective adoption of implemented solutions.
What We’re Looking For
  1. 3–4 years of experience in software implementation or a similar role, ideally within healthcare or IT.
  2. Proven success in supporting end-to-end project delivery, from requirements gathering to go-live support.
  3. In-depth knowledge of software implementation methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), and familiarity with SQL and data analysis tools.
  4. Ability to commute to Riyadh two days a week, if applicable.
  5. Sincere interest in improving healthcare operations and patient safety.
  6. Strong collaborative skills within cross-functional and client-facing environments.

We prioritize flexibility and employee wellness, offering benefits like private health and group accident insurance, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and Loyalty Awards for long-service employees.
