Job description

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Central Kitchen Equipment Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial kitchen equipment.

Location: Riydah

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair various central kitchen equipment (e.g., ovens, fryers, steamers, grills, dishwashers, refrigerators).
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate service reports and documentation.
• Respond promptly to service calls and emergency breakdowns.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in central/commercial kitchen equipment maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC and plumbing is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• تركيب وصيانة وإصلاح معدات المطابخ المركزية مثل (الأفران، المقالي، أجهزة التبخير، الشوايات، غسالات الصحون، الثلاجات وغيرها).
• إجراء الصيانة الوقائية الدورية لضمان كفاءة عمل المعدات.
• تشخيص الأعطال الميكانيكية والكهربائية وتقديم حلول فعّالة.
• إعداد تقارير الصيانة وتوثيق الأعمال المنجزة بدقة.
• الاستجابة السريعة لطلبات الصيانة والأعطال الطارئة.
• الالتزام بمعايير السلامة وسياسات الشركة.

المتطلبات:

• خبرة من 1 إلى 3 سنوات في صيانة معدات المطابخ التجارية أو المركزية.
• معرفة قوية بالأنظمة الكهربائية والميكانيكية.
• مهارات جيدة في حل المشكلات وتشخيص الأعطال.
• معرفة أساسية بأنظمة التكييف والسباكة تُعد ميزة إضافية.
• القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وضمن فريق.
