Job description

General Purpose

Highly focused on customer account management and ongoing service, support, and sales development within a defined geography and sector(s), primarily Food & Beverage (restaurants, cafes, kitchens). This position mainly focuses on servicing and selling additional products, tools, and services to existing accounts, with an additional emphasis on acquiring new accounts. The role involves providing service through troubleshooting, offering technical guidance by identifying corrective actions, solving product or application problems, implementing appropriate product applications, and resolving other issues impacting customer accounts. This is a direct, customer-facing sales role responsible for retaining existing revenues and closing new revenue opportunities with both existing and new customers.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Achieve annual sales targets for existing and prospective customers by delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Own the account through proper management of top-line target sales, agreed gross profit, and payment collection.
  • Implement company sales strategies to improve business performance.
  • Survey market potential in Riyadh by cold calling, identifying potential clients, especially in the Food & Beverage sector, and conducting active sales.
  • Perform sales presentations and demonstrate the superiority of products and services that meet or exceed client needs.
  • Negotiate commercial terms with customers and prepare commercial proposals following company standards.
  • Support field evaluation of new solutions during roll-out phases.
  • Actively participate in company CRM programs and engage with other departments within the organization.
  • Manage and update the sales leads funnel in a timely manner.

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in Science (Chemistry division).

Relevant Experience

  • 3-5 years of direct sales experience in Hospitality or Facility Management, preferably within Food & Beverage.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
