A leading company in the Food & Beverage sector seeks a Sales Account Manager to drive customer account management and sales development in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will have a background in Chemical Engineering or Science, with 3-5 years of sales experience. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, and implementing sales strategies to enhance business performance.
General Purpose
Highly focused on customer account management and ongoing service, support, and sales development within a defined geography and sector(s), primarily Food & Beverage (restaurants, cafes, kitchens). This position mainly focuses on servicing and selling additional products, tools, and services to existing accounts, with an additional emphasis on acquiring new accounts. The role involves providing service through troubleshooting, offering technical guidance by identifying corrective actions, solving product or application problems, implementing appropriate product applications, and resolving other issues impacting customer accounts. This is a direct, customer-facing sales role responsible for retaining existing revenues and closing new revenue opportunities with both existing and new customers.
