Job description

Responsibilities :

• Monitor, coordinate, and follow up on areas of concern regarding the day-to-day operation and maintenance activities on site.
• Analyze trends, take corrective actions when required, and report findings.
• Ensure responsibilities are assigned and associated authorizations are delegated appropriately.
• Provide leadership, maintain good personnel relations, and offer support.
• Structure and maintain information and communication flows between upstream and downstream parties.
• Ensure that work is established within the established Quality Control Standards.
• Apply principles and techniques of site supervision, including planning, organizing, staffing, leadership, control, and discipline maintenance.
• Manage and monitor training and support for Saudi trainees as needed.
• Monitor career development and appraise site personnel.
• Coordinate and liaise with the client as required.
• Coordinate and liaise with the company's project, operations, and commercial management teams.

Qualifications :

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the broad spectrum of operation and maintenance functions.
• Knowledge of standards related to C4, mechanical, electrical, and HVAC maintenance, as well as environmental safety practices.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Fluent in English language (oral and written).
