Nurse Manager

Job Summary:
Plans, coordinates and directs patient care to adhere to optimal evidence based standards of patient care delivery in a cost effective manner. Ensures the education, orientation and evaluation of all staff is performed in such a manner as to maintain high levels of competency in accordance with the hospital s policies procedures and national health regulatory bodies.

35 days annual leave Nursing Specialist
Paid leaves (Annual / Medical Etc.) Plus Additional leaves (Holidays) will be provided to the worker/employee as per Employment Contract.

Visa / Iqama (Resident Permit) will be provided to the worker / employee at the cost of Employer.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Valid professional license in the country of origin
Eligible for registration with SCFHS as Specialist or higher.
Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in nursing, including 2+ years of informal or formal leadership or development as a leader.
Active participation in or have co-led or led a Performance Improvement project or initiative. Preferably have participation in accreditations (JCI, CBAHI, similar) as a leader.
Preferably have Magnet Journey experience or accreditation.
