Job Summary:

Facilitating the efficient operation of dental clinics and ensuring optimal patient care. This includes providing chair-side assistance during procedures, maintaining organization of dental instruments, and upholding infection control standards.

Primary Responsibilities - Technical:

1. Providing chair-side assistance to dentists during dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
2. Greeting and escorting patients to treatment areas, addressing concerns or questions.
3. Organizing dental instruments and equipment according to infection control protocols.
4. Preparing dental clinics for patient appointments with necessary instruments and supplies.
5. Assisting with dental x-rays, including Panoramic X-ray, Periapical Images, and CT scans for Head and Neck.
6. Educating patients on oral hygiene techniques and post-operative care.
7. Assisting with administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing documents, and maintaining cleanliness.
8. Handling patient information with confidentiality and privacy regulations.
9. Performing other duties as assigned.

Education / Professional Qualifications:

1. Diploma in Dental or equivalent.
2. 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.
3. SCFHS license in Dentistry.
