We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team in the field of automation and robotic technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a focus on promoting and selling innovative automation and robotic solutions. The Sales and Marketing Officer will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and competition.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote automation and robotic technology solutions
2. Identify and target potential customers and market segments ( FMCG, Warehouse and Logistics ) to generate leads and drive sales
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, providing excellent customer service and support
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and technical support, to ensure customer needs are met
5. Track and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports to management

Preferred Candidate:

1. Bachelor's degree or Diploma in business, marketing, or a related field or
2. Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, preferably in the automation or technology industry
3. Strong understanding of SAAS, automation, and robotic technology concepts and applications
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
5. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, with a focus on customer satisfaction
6. Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a drive for achieving sales targets and business growth
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
