Job description

Assisting in all decisions that stewards cannot handle on their own.
Maintaining a watchful eye on their crew and making sure that they are in their proper places and taking care of the patrons in an extremely polite and efficient manner.
Extensive knowledge on crowd management plan, contingency plan, emergency, and evacuation procedures.
Check out the accreditations, uniform, and daily briefing with the team on any updates.
Prepare reports for all incidents and submit them to the zone Manager.
Handling patron concerns and problems from spectators.
Working with the access control and security crew to solve any problems related to the patrons.
Addressing PWD issues.
Supervisors are responsible to be fully aware of the facility (Ablution unit area, each grandstand location, zone's location, etc.).
Supervisors are responsible for understanding the crowd management plan, crowd movement, and evacuation plan.
