Bio-Rad Laboratories - EMEA Channel Partner Management Associate Director

Bio-Rad Laboratories is seeking a motivated and results-oriented EMEA Channel Partner Management Associate Director. This role involves leading the Channel Management team to support growth within the assigned channel, meeting performance targets, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will report to the EMEA GCO Senior Vice-President.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure compliance and manage KPIs for channel partners, aligned with EMEA Sales Strategy and standards.
  2. Develop and implement channel and distributor performance strategies in collaboration with the Sales team.
  3. Support the EMEA Channel Sales team in increasing market share, establishing leadership, and sustaining growth. Develop short- and long-term business plans and monitor financial forecasts.
  4. Manage channel assets (people, financial, material) to meet or exceed profitability goals.
  5. Oversee channel pricing policies to ensure long-term viability.
  6. Monitor channel partner performance, execute improvement plans, and manage agreement lifecycle.
  7. Address customer satisfaction issues promptly and effectively.
  8. Create an energizing environment that encourages high-quality, customer-focused service and exceeds performance targets.
  9. Build and lead the channel management team, adhering to HR policies (2-5 direct reports).
  10. Participate actively in the EMEA leadership team, providing performance insights and collaborating to maximize revenues and profitability.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience, including at least 5 years in management roles responsible for team productivity or development.
  • Experience in distribution channels.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver results under tight deadlines across multiple projects.
  • Effective collaboration with diverse professionals.
  • Basic laboratory skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are desirable.
Education:

Bachelor's degree in business or related field; MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred.
