The successful candidate will work closely with clients to identify areas for improvement, design and implement transformation solutions, and ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for transformation.
2. Analyze current processes, systems, and operations to identify areas for improvement.
3. Design and develop transformation roadmaps, including process re-engineering, technology implementation, and organizational change management.
4. Develop business cases and proposals to secure stakeholder buy-in.
