ServiceNow ITOM Architect - English Speaking

A leading ServiceNow partner in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Architect to lead IT Operations Management (ITOM) implementations and drive digital transformation.This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale projects in a dynamic and growing market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management, and AIOps
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to align ITOM strategies with business objectives
• Lead ITOM deployments, ensuring best practices and high-quality delivery
• Work closely with ServiceNow developers and consultants to provide scalable and high-performance solutions
• Provide technical governance, troubleshooting, and strategic guidance across ITOM initiatives

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow ITOM Architect or similar role
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management, etc.)
• Understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integrations with ServiceNow
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITOM) is preferred
• Willingness and ability to relocate to Saudi Arabia and work on-site
