We are hiring on behalf of our client, a dynamic marketing company specializing in sports and motorsports. They are looking for a talented and driven Content Creator/Graphic Designer to join their creative team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for sports marketing who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Design: Develop engaging and innovative social media content that stands out in the sports industry, especially in motorsports.
  • Create mock-ups for campaigns and new business opportunities.
  • Creative Strategy & Collaboration: Work with the Digital & Brand Lead to develop impactful visual designs and campaigns.
  • Present storyboards and creative concepts for internal and client approval.
  • Industry Trends & Networking: Stay updated on sports marketing trends and identify creative opportunities.
  • Build relationships for potential collaborations and business growth.
  • Expanding Creative Opportunities: Conceptualize new ideas to expand the client's sports brand portfolio.

Skills and Requirements:

Essential:

  • 2-3 years of creative experience in design (internship, freelance, or full-time).
  • Experience in sports marketing, ideally in motorsport.
  • Proven portfolio of developing concepts into compelling visuals, including video editing.
  • Strong background in digital content creation.
  • Adobe Creative Suite proficiency (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).

Desirable:

  • Experience in After Effects (training and courses can be provided).
  • Experience creating content for established brands.

Character & Work Ethic

  • Strong understanding of design trends in sports marketing.
  • Passionate about sports as an observer, fan, or participant.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to translate global client briefs into unique designs.
  • Strong time management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Confidence to take initiative when required.
  • Willingness to travel for events and work weekends when necessary (time in lieu will be granted).
