Job description

We are looking for a skilled Asset Management and CAFM Lead to join our team for a major airport facilities management project. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving all asset management activities and leading the implementation of a Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system. Your efforts will ensure that the airport facilities are effectively managed to achieve key business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Asset Management:

• Develop and implement an Asset Management Plan aligned with ISO 55001.
• Conduct an Asset Management Maturity Assessment and define a plan for ISO 55001 certification.
• Oversee asset condition assessments and prioritize investment based on asset health.
• Implement an Asset Life Cycle Delivery Plan covering acquisition, operation, maintenance, and disposal.
• Manage an Asset Information Management System and support decision-making through data analysis.

CAFM System Implementation & Management:

• Lead the implementation of the CAFM system, ensuring it aligns with the Client's requirements.
• Manage data quality, system usage, and consistent data capture across all work packages.
• Oversee a 24/7 call center for managing work requests and prioritize tasks based on defined criteria.
• Monitor service performance, SLAs, and KPIs through CAFM system reporting.
• Enable mobile work management and real-time data capture for facility maintenance.
• Manage user access, system training, and ensure compliance with IT security policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in asset management or facilities management.
• Proven experience in CAFM system implementation and management.
• Strong understanding of ISO 55001 principles and asset management practices.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and CAFM software (preferred).
