Digital Grid Management (DGM)'s Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) is a rapidly growing area of our organization that enables electric distribution utilities to monitor, manage, control, and optimize the grid. As a Power Systems Engineer in DMS, you will be involved in all aspects of delivering systems to our customers, including designing, building, configuring, troubleshooting, and testing deployments. This role offers broad exposure to the entire ADMS, focusing on advanced applications such as Distribution Power Flow (DPF), Fault Location, Isolation & Service Restoration (FLISR), and Volt/VAR Control & Optimization (VVC/VVO). You will serve as a primary contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle and collaborate with cross-functional teams including other ADMS Application Engineers, Architecture & Product Solution teams, and Software Development. You will report to an ADMS Delivery Lead or Manager.
The salary range for this role is $64,200 - $80,200, subject to factors like experience and location. The role is eligible for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, charitable giveback days, insurance, and retirement plans.
