Job Description :

The Team Leader will guide and support the team in achieving its objectives while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role involves overseeing daily operations, fostering team collaboration, and driving performance to meet sales targets.

Academic Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in electrical , Electronic, Communication, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.

Qualification :

5-7 years experience in Project Sales, selling electrical material and equipment or related products.

Duties & Responsibilities :

1- Lead and manage the sales processes for the whole team from opportunity identification through contract and terms and conditions up to invoicing and payment collection.

2- Provide direction for all day-to-day operational activities.

3- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships with decision-makers.

4- Identify new opportunities and create sales analytics.

5- Set Action Plans for the team and ensure implementation to achieve targets.

6- Prepare and Submit performance reports on a weekly basis.
